Please inspect your delivery immediately and let us know if you have any problems within 24 hours of delivery. We will need pictures of all the product that is in question. If you send a picture of one or two stems, we will need to see more to issue credit or replace. The harvesters need to know what caused the product to go bad, whether it’s heat from shipping or the quality of the vines.

We will partially or fully replace your purchase if possible. If it isn’t feasible to replace the product, we will either issue credit toward your next purchase or refund your card.
