We totally stand behind our product. Please inspect your shipment upon receipt and let us know if there are any issues within 24 hours of receiving. We will make every attempt to replace the product in time to be used for your event; however, if a price adjustment or full refund is necessary we will apply the credit to your account or refund your card, whichever is appropriate. If your product is not received, we will credit the invoice and refund your card immediately.
We require pictures of the product that is in question. If it’s the entire box, we will need pictures of all the vines. We hope you understand. The foliage harvesters also get deducted so they need to know what caused the product to go bad, whether it’s heat from shipping or the quality of the vines.
